This. I love all of this and what it has to offer. Yes, my biggest pet-peeve will always be how the fandom designs their lamb to be a victim and exaggerates Narinder.

That level of twisted, loving attachment that is rare among the community. Hits a nice sweet spot of possessive insanity, dark obsession and genuine love many artist have refused to touch in favor of drama, tension and jokes.

I mean it makes sense. After having his arms damaged in the battle with his siblings and being chained by his wrists in an eternal void for 1,000+ years, i imagine he'd lose precise motor function in his hands. So from now on, every AU for me, he's got Fumble Fingers and I love it! 😆

Hell fucking yeah!

Now THIS is something I'm annoyed about when it comes to other members of the fandom when dealing with Narinder after the "Spare" option. Yes, Narinder would be very angry with Lamb and probably try to kill them at some point, but never does anyone show Narinder losing all sense of hope and drive for existing and choosing to just, end it all himself.

The guy was jealous of his siblings and later betrayed by them, bound and sealed in his own domain for 1,000 years after having his arms damaged in their battle. He's forced to wait alone with two kits and no one to really converse with on their own level for all that time, only to be given a new beacon of Hope for his dream in the form of the lamb.

Desperate, he offers his powers and strength to his chosen, open to be freed from his binds and once his dream is within his grasp once more, he's betrayed by the very person whom he gave his power too, having the rest of his power taken, his kids killed in front of him, and he's forced into a mortal form where he has to watch someone else who betrayed him, live out his dream, in front of him for all eternity.

This should fundamentally break him and since Death would be a release, if Narinder couldn't win his power back, get away from the Lamb, taking his own life would become his only option. A guy like him would rather not exist, than endure the hell of watching the person who stole his children, his powers and his dream, live the life he wanted to achieve. I Wish more Artists touched upon this more.

I like this. Always good to remind the fandom that their lamb isn't a hero or a victim. They've spread as much misery and pain as any other God. The story is about an innocent soul slowly becoming a monster and villain after all. Everyone you've killed, sacrificed, eaten, all blood on every player's hands.

I'd like to make this something of a fandom community effort to show appreciation to all the artists involved. And because I not-so-secretly love too many artistic styles that make me feel as giddy as a school girl watching a romcom. Do not judgement god damnit! lol

Well I put this up just before the holidays and well, @countjulius did contact me a few weeks ago about setting something up. However due to some... family emergencies, I wasn't able to get around to having the time til now. 😔 However if he does want to set something up, understand I'm going to spam every single last Narilamb artist I can think of, to get all their designs into this one little bit! 😁👍Of course whoever wishes to join, more than welcome if you're interested and read this far.

Also, sending out an special shout-out to @melled42 for even liking the post and recommending it to Sir Julius in the first place. As a thanks I was gonna go full on commission but, knowing how her canon lore is set and me needing to keep my ass in check and not wanting to creep her out with my weird ass request, I think I'll offer either a solid donation (Within reason Goddamnit! 😖) or something like that. Hope this pans out well. I think it would be a fun way to involve as much as the fandom as possible as so many people have very unique, fantastic and interesting designs for their interpretations for their self-inserts and I can't think of a better way of appreciating them. 🤩

Usually they want to kill each other/want the other to kill them

But I can't really think of the sources of that specifically besides my own issues and a love of horror/monsters in general
