I honestly don’t know why I like them so much XD

I think because of how little we’ve seen them together (for now anyways, that’ll probably change as the series goes on) it leaves you a bit of creative freedom to come up with something for them, like how they grew up together, how they used to be, what they’ve been through together etc etc.

I think also just seeing what other fanders have made for headcanons and things, I remember seeing a post a little while ago saying how Janus and Remus are basically Morticia and Gomez and I’ve been obsessed with the idea since XD

Also the idea of them just being chaotic together, whether as friends or otherwise, is just so neat to me. Like they’ve just got no fucks left to give so they do what they want and they don’t care.

They’re the type of pairing that can be anything and everything, they’re best friends, they’re lovers, they’re soulmates, they’re married, they’re roommates and whatever else, and it would always stay consistent. They’re still chaotic and they care about each other, in whatever way you want to interpret the ship as, and I think that’s special in of itself.

I just think they’re neat and I want to see them interact more, I know the romantic ships will never be canon and I don’t expect them to be, but Janus and Remus being chaotic best buds would be pretty cool to see on screen 😂😌

Which Darkiplier version are you thinking of when you talk about him, read/write about him in fanfics or in general, when you just see his name, etc??

Do you imagine early days Dark? Date!Dark? Heist!Dark? That version of Dark where he just has his top button undone and no tie?? Do you think of your own design (if you have one)? Or do you think of someone else’s design? Or do you imagine him at all?

Idk I’m just incredibly curious, I never really thought too much about it until literally right now, and I’m just wondering if anyone else is the same LMFAO

Like, me personally, I tend to think of Heist!Dark a lot whenever I think about him or read him in fics or talk about him etc.

Hey guys, so I know I already don’t post a ton on here, let alone about Sanders Sides, but I know some of you have followed me because of my Sanders Sides related posts.

So this post is mainly for those people who follow me, or any other sanders sides fan who comes across this post who’s just browsing the tags.

I’ve come to the decision that after the season 2 finale, whenever that will come out, I will no longer be watching Sanders Sides as a regular fan.

I know a lot of people in the fandom are pretty bored of the lack of content or are just tired of waiting, or is upset with how the series is being handled/treated at the moment, or have just fallen out of love for the series, and I completely understand every single one of you who are feeling like that.

Personally, I am pretty tired of the current treatment of the series, I am incredibly tired of the lack of communication we get, I’m tired of being strung along with little comments to make us stay, I’m just tired.

Now, this is not to say that I am against Thomas in any way shape or form, no absolutely not. I want to make that incredibly clear! I do not hate Thomas Sanders! I am not against him! I understand this year has been awful for him both mentally and physically, and I am so proud and happy that he’s been doing better recently. And I wish nothing but the absolute best for him!

But there’s only so much I can defend. And lack of professionalism, communication and organisation is, unfortunately, not something I can defend.

There has been so many times where Thomas’ could’ve told us something, updated us on the writing, the production process, filming, etc etc, and it has just been radio silence, other than a few tweets here and there that still imply he’s in the writing process.

I’m at a point where I am even scared that the finale is just not going to be worth the wait we’ve had to sit through.

Let’s face it, the fandom is dead, the series is in purgatory - practically on the brink of death - we get no updates, no episodes, and the only sanders sides content we get is either ads or a little something for us to talk about for about a week, maybe 2 if we really milk it out.

But other than that, Sanders Sides has become a cash grab and filler content. Just let that sink in for a moment…

Yeah, I don’t know about you, but if this is what it’s like now, who knows what it’s going to be like for season 3. Yikes.

And personally, I don’t want to be around to watch that. I’m already having to watch a series I love and care about deeply slowly die in real time, I really don’t want to stay to see how far it will fall.

Now this is not to say that I am going to stop watching Sanders Sides, no I will still watch it, I will still watch season 3, but I will just not be considered a “regular fan,” more so just a casual viewer.

Once something dies down for me, I more or less just stop caring for it, this is pretty common for me and it’s pretty unfortunate to be honest, I’ve been like this with many other of my past special interests/hyperfixations, but for me if there is nothing to keep me hyperfixated on something….then what’s the point? For example: a few years back I was incredibly fixated on Teen Wolf, I watched the entire series on Netflix and I was completely and utterly obsessed. It was a main hyperfixation of mine for a long time, and then I finished the show. And whilst I still enjoyed it, I still liked it, it slowly faded into the background for me overtime. I may not be completely and utterly obsessed with it anymore now, but I still like it and I look back on it very fondly.

This has been the same for Sanders Sides, and it has been like that for a while now for me.

I still love it, I’d still like to see the end of it, but it’s just….not a huge thing for me anymore.

So yeah, after season 2 I am done with Sanders Sides, at least on a regular fan level.

Thank you so much for liking my Sanders Sides posts, despite how few there are compared to other sanders sides blogs on here, but I appreciate you stopping by and checking out my art and my theories/ideas.

I’m not leaving the fandom forever, I’m more so just giving my time and energy to other things, and that’s okay. Sanders Sides will always be there, no matter how long it takes /lh.

I want Oranges animal to be a bull

Let me explain.

Me and @sanderspurplehair were rewatching the anniversary special (again) and I joked about Orange getting angry at Roman's red sash, kinda like a bull, and maybe lashing out at him.

So, it got me thinking-

Thomas is a Taurus right? Yeah, okay stay with me here XD

Taurus' animal is a bull, right? Yeah.

So if you didn't know, bulls symbolise a lot of different things, both good and bad, the good being determination and strength and such but we want to focus on the bad things here:

Stubbornness, Ferocity, Tyranny and Brutality huh?

Stubbornness? I mean, maybe, we don't really know a lot of about Orange other than him being associated with anger/wrath, maybe he's stubborn but who knows XD

Ferocity: Meaning "The state or quality of being ferocious." It certainly sounds like something you could call Orange, I mean he has some sort of connection to wrath it wouldn't surprise me at all if he had the ability of being aggressive or brutal.

Tyranny: "Cruel, unreasonable, or arbitrary use of power or control." Again, it sounds like something Orange would do, or be described as, as far as we're concerned he's definitely trying to force his way into the spotlight and get Thomas' attention, perhaps, and he's taking some sort of control of Logan, or at least he's fuelling/influencing Logan's anger (that's my own personal theory on the whole thing, but I think I'll do a separate post on that).

Brutality: "Savage physical violence; great cruelty." Yeah these just all sound like him, I mean we haven't seen him do anything violent before, unless of course you want to theorise that burst of anger Logan had towards Roman and threw the paper ball at his eye counts as "savage physical violence" then, yes- yes we have seen violence from him before XD

So! What's the point of this post? Well...I just want Oranges animal to be a bull XD ....that's about it, and this is just a random excuse to explain why XD

I honestly think it makes sense all things considered and I want to see an orange bull horn emblem, honestly is that so much to ask for?!

Sanders Sides as shapeshifting birds...because why not XD

- Roman Bird: Phoenix Ability: Regenerate oneself and heals others Why?: Phoenix are known to regenerate at the end of their life, but instead of dying they burst into flames and reborn from the ashes. It is also said that the tears of a Phoenix hold healing properties. In this case though, Roman can regenerate but he isn't reborn as a baby again, his body heals instead. I feel like Roman is so extra that he would want to be a Phoenix, even though they are mythical. (But honestly, that’s all the more reason he would be a Phoenix)

- Virgil Bird: Raven Ability: Foresight Why?: In some cultures Ravens represent prophecy (foresight) and insight, which is why Virgil's ability is foresight. But also the Raven is often associated with loss and is an ill omen, if that doesn't scream Virgil I don't know what does.

- Logan Bird: Peregrine Falcon Ability: Control time Why?: Peregrine Falcons symbolise wisdom as well as victory, since Logan has the knowledge I felt like it fit. Also I took inspiration from Miss Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children with the time bending ability.

- Patton Bird: Swan Ability: Hyrdokinesis (Water manipulation) Why?: Swans symbolise purity, peace, devotion etc and if those don't scream Patton- But with the ability it's a subtle reference to Swan Lakes protagonist Odette, the name Odeta, which is the Albanian given name, means "Sea" so that's where the Water manipulation comes from.

That’s all I’ve got! XD  I came up with this idea awhile back but never wanted to make a post or anything like that....until now-  👀 So I don’t really have any ideas for Janus and Remus, and I doubt I’d actually do anything with this idea but, who knows, I just wanted to share an (old) idea with y’all, let me know what you think...or don’t...either is fine 😂👀

Prompt: [Person A] Mitch and [Person B] Josepha, get lost in IKEA.

A/N: Yo, so, I created a Tumblr years ago and forgot about it, typical me, but recently I’ve decided I want to “revive” my dead/never been used Tumblr account, and so this is what ya gonna get, a short shitty first prompt post. And now for a bit of a backstory of why I have put a Dylan O’Brien character (Mitch) and a Samantha Barks character (Josepha) together: Basically to cut a long story short me and my friend are doing this AU type thing, it’s just a bunch of Dylan and Sam characters all put together (it’s kind of like friends - but better ;) xD) Mitch and Josepha is one of the pairings in the AU. At the end of the day it’s just for fun. Also in the movie the set looked like IKEA, I’m not sure if it is or not but for the sake of the one shot we’ll say it is an IKEA set.

“Well this looks familiar...” Mitch stated, looking back at his time training with Stan Hurley.

“What do you mean?” Josepha asked curiously, “when I was training with Stan one of our tests was to track down an enemy in a public setting, they build a set of a store and it was IKEA...” he explained. Josepha nodded in response “well I doubt there’s any enemies in this IKEA, so I wouldn’t worry about it okay?” She looked up to him and gave him a reassuring smile, he gave her a small smile in return.

“So what’s first on the list?” Josepha questioned, “Oh! Right! Okay, umm...the first thing is...” Mitch trailed, list in hand, “...Furniture? So maybe we can do living room furniture first and then maybe...move on from there...” As much as Mitch is an organised, calculated assassin when it comes to shopping and normal things, he doesn’t really know what to do.

The couple set off into the store, but they soon found themselves lost.

“Um...where’s the living room furniture?” Mitch questioned, “I don’t know, we’re lost, do you know where we are?” Josepha stated, “No, why would I know? It was a small set and it wasn’t actually IKEA.” Mitch retorted, getting a little frustrated with their predicament.

Josepha grinned at Mitch’s state, finding amusement in her partners frustrated manner, as much as Mitch wanted to be serious, he couldn’t keep a straight face “it’s not funny” he smiled, Josepha just hummed in response.

After a few hours of searching they finally found the living room furniture, “Jesus, that took longer than anticipated...” Mitch noted, “unfortunately you can’t be good at everything baby.” Josepha commented, Mitch just glared at her.

Josepha grinned at Mitch mischievously, “love you.”

“Love you too.” He smiled.

Eh, it’s not great but it was all I could think of, I might re write this in the future, but still I hope you enjoyed reading this short ass one shot nonetheless xD

i wanna adress something in the heartstopper fandom not enough people are talking about.

heartstopper is becoming a real life tv show which also includes real actors. but i think we should all remember that these actors are real people.

we have all seen pictures of the cast including pictures of Joe Locke and Sebastian Croft and somehow lots of people seem to see this as an excuse to openly ship them. random people message bigger accounts of the fandom and spam them about how much they love certain ships between real actors.

this is inappropriate and harmful! every single person in the heartstopper cast is a human being with a personality, feelings and a private life. we have never talked to these people in our live and shouldn’t expect anything from them! lots of them are also minors / teenagers which makes shipping them even more harmful, especially if you are an adult!

i know y’all are really excited for this show and so am i! i am spamming my instagram story about this every single day because i’m just so happy that this story is coming on the screen. heartstopper is a very important story to many people and i don’t want anyone to be less excited about it!

but i think we should all acknowledge the difference between thinking stuff like ‚aw they’d be adorable together‘ and venting about how hot/cute/anything these actors are to accounts you don’t know or even the actors themselves!

when netflix will stream heartstopper a lot of new people will come into this fandom and enjoy this story but of course there will also be lots of shitbags will come and do harmful things like f.e. drawing sexualized fan art or write weird fanfiction. this is all happening already but it will become a lot more common when the show will be internationally available.

until this point and we should make the cast have a wonderful time with us fans and we should keep trying after that!

long story short: don’t ship or sexualize irl actors and people!!! we all make mistakes but we should acknowledge them and stop our certain harmful behaviour!!! please reblog!!!!
