Telling people to “Check your privilege” doesn’t make them want to listen to you. When you say that it makes you sound like a spoiled brat who doesn’t want to hear anything outside of what they want to hear.

Everyone has difference experiences. Don’t prioritize people’s experiences based on race or sex. It’s not always about you.
