It is sad to me when sometimes you figure out that people who are part of a community can sometimes be left out. Being aro, ace, or aroace is just as valid as any other aspect of being LGBTQ+. I hope that this issue is less prevalent in most community circles, but know that if you interact with me, you have a friend and ally.

To everyone who needs help and is out there fighting the good fight, Happy Pride Month! Right now, we live in a scary time. But, we cannot lose sight of how much we care for each other. We need to look out for each other more than ever, and only when we can do that can we make the world a better place.
As someone with a physics education, I can one hundred percent agree that this is the true beauty about the universe. There is so much wonderful in the world that we barely understand and may never know. And you know what? That's okay!
Today, I learned something cool. Both the website and the phone number on the new Super Mario Bros. Plumbing ad are real promotional stuff for the film. I even texted them and got the business card. This kind of marketing is pretty cool to me as it feels like you have entered the world of the story. The fact that they include references to the Super Mario Bros Super Show too doesn't hurt either (including the cartoon's Princess Toadstool voice actress).
Something you will need to know to help people in your life. Whether it be because of age or disability, everyone deserves a chance at a happy holiday season.
This webcomic (Monsters and Girls by Idolomantises) is one of my favorite works in recent years, and I especially love these two characters. Sera (the angel) absolutely loves her wife, Lili (the demon). However, being an angel, she is much more nervous about being intimate with the woman she loves. And as much as Lili loves to tease her wife, she is understanding of Sera's hesitation and is willing to both help ease her into things as well as let her back off from doing anything she doesn't want to do. It's something that as an Autistic person I understand wholeheartedly. I want that personal interaction with people, but I am also hesitant about my own boundaries and directly interacting with people. I just wanted to thank Idolomantises for creating this comic and giving us such a wonderful couple who knows how to listen to each other.

So, I did a thing. Please take a chance to check it out.

Miles Morales rules!
(starts raising his hand before everyone else, just less confident about it than his classmates)
(remembers nearly all of the gibberish password that was told to him in a rush, only forgets the last two characters)
(replicates moves that he's only seen once (yes he also replicated RIPeter's move but I'm not screenshotting that bc it's long and complicated))
(figures out how to immobilize a guy that could escape any enclosure/trap)
(notices something is up/off with Gwen immediately, politely follows her lead and doesn't dig into it)
(continuation of above: realizes she's hiding something about her mission from him, decides to spy on her to figure out what)
(has information the Spider Society doesn't; figures out what the Spot is doing before any of them do)
(action plan made in 0.2 seconds)
(keeps up with what Miguel (a scientist from the future who has at least a year and a half of hands-on experience with the multiverse) is talking about)
(mentally calculates the timing of a giant spinning machine so that he can pass through safely and none of the Spiders can follow him)
(lmaooo you cannot do the same move twice on him, he learns too fast)
(this one speaks for itself. he really did have a plan)
(remembers how to use the Go Home Machine after seeing it be used once)
(immediately figures out why he's in the wrong dimension)
in conclusion, please never say/imply that:
Miles is not on the same academic level as other Spider-nerds
Miles is less capable in fighting/combat than other Spider-people
Miles is not as good at strategy than other Spider-people
Miles is too naive/childish/optimistic to have practical intelligence or pick up on when something bad is going on under the surface
Miles's smaller amount of experience means he is generally less competent/capable than other Spider-people
EVER again ok thank you!!!!
Definitely me. It's both a fun way to support amateur writers, and it's a great way to practice fiction writing.
I’m curious!
I normally don't post stuff like this on my page, but my family really needs help. My Dad put up this page on Go Fund Me to help with bills and everything with our family, since our grandfather is not long for this world. If anyone could help donate or spread this around, that would be super helpful. Thank you so much for reading this page.

I found this author while looking around on Tumblr. As someone who fairly recently has begun going through my own questioning phase and dealt with similar self-loathing issues, this resonated a lot with me. I highly recommend giving Mari Costa a read and a like.
old autobio from back in 2018. ive changed a lot, but this comic resonated with a lot of folks at the time
