Doing like a closet cosplay of Dipper right now and I use forearm crutches and it got me thinking. Dipper, would probably use mobility aids.
Think about it. The shit he's been through, the bones he's probably broken, the chronic pain he most likely experiences. When he got possessed by Bill, Bill caused so much damage to his body.
The chronic pain my guy must be in.
Debating on crocheting a patch that says "I walk slow. Be patient." to put on my backpack because I'll hear so many people behind me at school talk about how I'm walking too damn slow.
1. I am disabled. I have issues walking fast due to pain.
2. There are people who are hauling ass in front of me so sometimes I have no choice.
3. People constantly flat tire my cane. (Flat tireing is when you accidentally step on the heel of someones shoe)
If you see someone with a mobility aid, or they just can't walk fast, be patient. Or if you can't, walk around them.
I'm gonna start taking fic reqs!

God I love it when the nerve pain switches back and forth between going down my whole leg and then making it feel like I've burned some of my skin with hot water
So.
I started this year perfectly able bodied. I could run, jump, climb trees. Basically anything that required physical activity of the lower body.
Fast forward to November 19th, where I haf debilitating nerve pain in my lower back, all the way down my right leg. Next day, I had extreme joint and dull nerve pain.
Fast forward a week, I got a cane, because I can't walk without pain anymore. And it could be caused by a back deformity.
So...I ended this year, disabled.
There is no pain threshold to need a mobility aid.
You do not need to be a certain age for a mobility aid.
Hi. My name is Hunter. I'm a fairly young person and I use a cane. I've recently developed bad pain in the muscles around the joint of my right hip. This has caused me to be in pain almost all the time.
I got my cane recently and it has helped me a lot.
I am now in significantly less pain than when walking without it. Which is great. But sometimes I feel like that I'm to young to need it, that my pain is not enough.
But my cane helps me live my life in less pain. It is helping. Therefore I benifit from it.
If you think a mobility aid will help make life easier, and your financially able to, try to get one. And if it doesn't work, donate to those who do need it.
You are fine using a mobility aid, no matter what anyone says. If it helps, it helps.
There is no pain threshold.
There is no age requirement.
The only thing that matters, is if you can move through life as comfortable as you can.

How tf am I supposed to function when I have daily (what I suspect to be) sleep attacks? My doctor thinks I have sleepiness bc of anima. From the hours of reasarch I've done, I might have narcolepsy. Or hypersomnia. Either way, next doctors appointment, I'm bringing up that iron levels probably aren't the main issue.

Sometimes I hate being alternative in a public school. I'm sick and tired of being harassed for dressing in what I find comfortable. Before I shaved my head, I had a mohawk, which I put up once.
The whole day I got comments like "Rock on" or "So metal" and other crap like that. So after that, I never put up the hawk again.
This is just a reminder that if you see someone who dresses or looks different than you, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't talk at all.

Writing of a small one shot with Nova when the Bad Batch ends
Hunter and Nova watched as Omegas ship soared off into the distance. It hurt, seeing her go. But after all, she was ready. Hunter got up off the rock he was sitting on and started to turn off the lamps, Nova following after him.
On the way back to Wrecker and Crosshair, a question piqued Hunter's mind. "So Nova, whats on the plan for you?" he asked. Nova stopped walking. "Well...I don't exactly know but, its not here." Hunter raised his eyebrows before walking again.
Soon enough, they were back at the house the four of them shared. Hunter and Nova walked in. Wrecker sat in the main room, while Crosshair sat at the table. "Hey guys!" Wreckers voice still seemed like it shook the walls, even in his old age. Crosshair looked over. "So I assume she's off then?" He asked. Nova nodded. "Yeah."
"Good for her." Crosshair said. He got up and walked over to Nova. Crosshair set his hand on her shoulder. "So what are you gonna do?"
"Well, I can't stay here. I've been talking with Cal. Apparently he's been busy diverting Imperial forces for the Rebellion." Nova explained. Wreckers eyes went wide. "So you're saying that-" Crosshair finished "You're going to be a diversion." Nova nodded. Crosshair looked at her, his eyes filling with tears slowly.
"Don't worry, I'll be ok." She put a hand on his cheek. "I'll always come back for you, cyar'ika." Nova slowly embraced her husband.
After a few minutes, Nova let go and turned to Hunter and Wrecker. "Thank you, for everything." Slowly she started out the door, then she stopped. She suddenly ran back and hugged the three clones. "I love you guys.." she whispered. Then she let go.
"If you ever need us, we'll be there." Hunter said. Nova nodded before walking out. She headed up to upper Pabu, where the Mantiss waited for her, and outside of it stood Cal Kestis. "You ready?" he asked.
Nova looked back at Pabu. "Yeah."
She and Cal got on the ship and took off. Nova watched as the planet disappeared from view and the ship launched into hyperspace.
"So, where to now?"
BB S3 EP 13 SPOILERS
So when the Bad Batch strip their armor Echo makes the comment that they still won't blend in. Sure Wrecker, Echo, and Hunter won't, but Crosshair will.
Crosshairs armor is the only set thats fully intact, his armor is the only one that is fully stripped. He knows what its like in the empire. The others don't.
Also I think the stripping of the armor is the stripping of their past identities. (Mostly for Crosshair because he was the only one who had the 99 on his armor)

She is at the point of no return. She can never return to who she was, now that she has grown up, a child of war. A soldier.

BBS3 SPOILERS UNDER THE CUT
So Bad Batch s3 ep 10 was interesting. I think Emerie is now realizing that what she is doing is wrong, because it involves children. We already know that Emerie has a soft spot for kids, which started with Omega. My theory is that Emerie is gonna escape with Omega and join the batch to save the clones and those kids.
Another theory is that she's gonna take off her glasses. The glasses are red so if she does take them off. It may symbolize her not looking at the world through rose colored glasses.
