My brain is mush from watching this episode of midnight gospel.
DID YOU KNOW the characters in @Netflix’s western revenge tale #TheHarderTheyFall were based on actual figures from the old west? 🤠 👆 Check out this original art by Tumblr Creatr Nyanza D. based on the IRL Rufus Buck! Rufus Buck, the son of a Black woman and a Muscogee (Creek Indian) man, wasted no time jumping into his vocation as an outlaw. He was just 18 when he led his five-person gang of young Black and Indigenous gunslingers on a 13-day violent crime spree. His goal was to trigger an uprising and reclaim the parts of Indian Territory that later became Oklahoma and Arkansas for the native people who had lived there for centuries. Ultimately unsuccessful and arrested for his crimes on 1895, the young outlaw was hanged a year later at Fort Smith in Arkansas. (1877–1896) 🎥 Watch The Harder They Fall, playing in select theaters on October 22 and on Netflix globally on November 3.
Leaving this right here. The creativity of humans never cease to amaze me.

Hot debate on protocol 🤔
So is reblog is also not permitted?
That’s the difference. Reblogs are good! You promote the artist and their work.
At least for me repost is ok only in one condition: you asked permission and the artist said “yes”.
"Parking Lot Pimpin| On the Wrongful Conviction of Julius Jones This Friday we get into the wrongful conviction of Julius Jones, a Black man who has been on death row in Oklahoma for 19 years for a 1999 murder that he’s always denied taking part in. Julius will be wrongfully be put to death in SIX DAYS if we don’t take action now. 🚨 Reach out to the Governor’s office at 405-521-2342 and urge Governor Stitt to stand by the recommendation of the Pardon and Parole Board and grant Julius Jones clemency. Time is of the essence. What you can say or speak from the heart: I would like to urge Governor Stitt to stand by his own word to follow the recommendation of the Pardon and Parole Board and grant Julis Jones clemency. Please save Julius from wrongful execution. RT @so.informed - Let’s also discuss how the judge is literally messing over the Kyle Ritttendon trial. His overly chatty disposition can lead directly to an appeal if Kyle is in fact found Guilty." - @lyneezy
