UGHH!!!

tysm for speaking out for me, I literally hate that people consider Kaidou to he someone pretty basic and plane just because I'm the anime he is frequently used to a joke about "delusions" and more, but if you play more attention to the character then you'll realize he's more than that.

Just because he doesn't has a really rough past like others (Kuboyasu, Saiki, Akechi and Toritsuka, even more)

Even when he's the most "normal" about them doesn't mean he's a plain character without personality, hell, his whole character representation gives too much to analice and his character development is really well written.

People need to stop criticizing his character because of his whole "jet black wings" joke and persona.

Kaidou's character is really deep and complex and really fun to play around idk what y'all talking about, I could ramble about him for hours.

And I also hate his twink uwu soft boy or extremely silly /traumatized fanon version, still is complex, still is hard to understand

Considering the fact that Saiki’s always looping those years, but is still surprised by a lot of things, I really wonder how the first few loops went??

Like when he meets Teruhashi’s brother, he does a double take to see that he’s the actor in the movie he’s about to watch, did he,,, did he not meet him in the other loops???

You're not alone bud, I dropped it because it was too smart for my dum dum brain to understand 🧍, still love the show, but it's too abstract and I don't get it anymore.

Having feelings in this Chili's my car today about how Saiki definitely develops a huge soft spot for the sound of Akechi's voice.

Imagine being forced to listen to the thoughts of every angry, depressed, anxious, horny, and weird thoughts of hundreds of people constantly. And then finding out that you can tune into radio Akechi, whose thoughts and chatter are more than enough to drown everyone else out.

Instead of hearing a constant barrage of pettiness, prejudice, and stupidity, Saiki can listen to an almost infinite collection of random facts, interesting observations about the people and world around Akechi in the moment, the occasional affectionate thought about him in particular, and yeah, regular updates on Akechi's bladder status.

At its worst, Akechi's chatter is only benign and boring, and often when he knows Saiki is listening, he'll turn his thoughts to topics he knows Saiki has interest in.

It's like putting on noise-cancelling headphones and playing NPR in the background but the NPR hosts love you and spend half their time trying to entertain you specifically.

Not to mention how Akechi is smart enough to take care of himself, and fond enough of Saiki to keep an eye on his silly herd of friends for him.

Anyways the sound of Akechi's voice/thoughts makes Saiki relax and immediately drops his blood pressure. <3

Kuboyasu and kaidou are such good friends

And kuboyasu is so silly billy coded, gives kaidou a sense of freedom away from his mother

Kaidou is the first person to genuinely risk his safety for kuboyasus and and and and and he doesn't care about kuboyasus past

I'm pretty much sure that one time, when aren was trying to flirt whit shun, he accidentaly made him cry, bc he was like "yo, shun, you're like, really cute" and kaidou thought that kuboyasu was making fun of him, bc there's no way the jet-black wings is cute!!! so he just goes away to cry, and leaves aren panicking over what he did.

"Shun, do you know you're actually cute? I was wondering if you-"

Kaido looks at kuboyasu, really ofended

"Wdym cute?! The jet-black wings is not cute! I'm- I am a warrior capable of destroy the word and....-"

Shun start tearing and runs away.
