BREAKING— Donald Trump has caved on a chunk of his tariff proposals, setting a baseline tariff rate of 10% across the board for a 90 day pause except China. The tariff rate for China has now been raised to 125% effective immediately.
Donald Trump caved and paused his retaliatory global tariffs. However supply chains are still heavily reliant on China and a 125% tariff rate will wipe out a lot of small businesses.
