Hello Chaossandwich! Can you please draw my sona? Here are some pictures/ references!
Earliest concept: early June
Another drawing from late June.
This one is from early august.
Information: Their name is Hornet. They are a Rain+ Hive hybrid. Their gender is nonbinary. Background: They were born into a noble status. However, their parents died when they were young. They studied in one of the top schools in Pantala and eventually became one of the best toxicologists in both Pyrrhia and Pantala. They assist in assasinations , most resulting in death of the victim.
Appearance: Large size. Legs are quite lengthy. Body covered with shiny metallic scales. Unlike Hivewings, Hornet has stripes not spots. Their spikes are long and sharp.
Abilities: Smooth armor is able to reflect or provide protection towards projectiles and knives etc, making Hornet quite durable. Their unusually large fangs located near the back of their mouth is the place where venom is injected, causing quite some damage to the target but it is still hard to get a good bite for the venom in the fangs to do its job. Hornet possesses ( wut are those called) those claw like spikes that can protrude through Hivewing’s wrists, which are fairly big and are curved. The venom that Hornet injects from their wrists thingy and fangs are a mixture of Hivewing and Rainwing venom. Venom properties: green in appearance. Can appear as green ‘smoke’ as they can ‘leak’ from Hornets poison glands. Although venom is not really as deadly as rain wing venom, Hornet’s venom can apparently be released as high temperatures, thus burning the victim’s flesh and causing extensive damage. The venom also can cause quite a lot of pain. Hornet also has a tail stinger which injects the same venom( yaaayyyy this is getting repetitive)
Notes*: you may change some of their lore but not that much. You may simplify their designs a little or alot what ever you chose! If you don’t want to draw my sona, it’s fine. Thank you!

wow, Hornet is pretty complex, but that was fun! have a lovely day!
under the cut is some more headshots for fun, the sketchbook pages for those, and a process vid (which can be a little jumpy and flashy)
melissa barrera (the actress who got fired from the scream franchise for being pro palestine) has started a fundraiser with unrwa!

Because I’ve lost control of my life
reblog for extra stabbing
not sure i got it entirely right, and i had to quickly look up the author, but
here there be dragons by jane yolan
the map tells sailors where to sail
the decorations sun and whale
the warning spelled in letters pale
here there be dragons
the well known routes upon the map
should cause the sailors no mishap
but north-northwest there is a gap
and here there be dragons
the continents are not drawn true
the ocean waves outlined in blue
sea serpentine provides the clue
where there be dragons
yet year by year the ships have passed
cross oceans wide and oceans vast
and sailors stared atop the mast
for where there be dragons
but no jaws of blue or scales of green
are by these modern sailors seen
do you think that this might mean
here there be no more dragons?
i'd like to hope, i'd like the pray
the dragons have just gone... away
and will return some other day
then here there will be dragons, again
poll time. yes this is just a ploy to get people to recommend me poems
if yes, let me know which poems/recite some for me in the tags!

well, that's a little sad, and i'm a little nervous for the prospect of tiny little baby spiders, but she is really neat looking! and i'm glad she seems to be doing well where she's chosen to hang out!
hi! this spider has been chilling in our doorway for a few weeks now, could you tell me about her? we're in southwest bc, canada. hope you have a nice evening!
Hello! This thick woman is a cross orbweaver. This time of year she will likely lay an egg sac and then pass. Seems like she's lived her best spider life thus far though!
