drawing @m4squ3raid ‘s post where he said reki would teach matakara how to skateboard!!
so in every style savvy game there's a guy in it that wants to kiss you so bad. this guy does not exist in styling star. styling star is the game with a very obvious lesbian couple in it. it has just occured to me at 2 in the morning that there isn't a boy who wants to kiss you in styling star because Yolanda wants to kiss you
Would you draw some Jabashiri x Hagure fluff? Idk, just something where they are softies for each other ❤️

Ok listen. I know what Mahoro did in the latest episode to both Matakara and Arajin (esp my sunshine boy Matakara 😠) is straight up nasty. Outright ignoring the former when she was confronted for her subtle manipulative tactics and refusing to give her answer and being downright ignorant of Arajin’s feelings and slapping him when he tried to back out.
But at the same time, I can’t bring myself to hate her despite her shitty behaviour in today’s episode, cause from what I see, she is just a morally selfish girl. Not evil like what the NG Boys are building up to be in the later episodes, just horribly selfish when it comes to her brother.
Which made me curious. Does she and Marito have any living relatives? Was Marito her only support since childhood and when he started to get into gang fights, started to ignore her? Why does she go out of her way to make herself look cute and pretend to care for the guy all just so that said guy can take over Siguma and bring her brother back to her?
I think there is a lot of potential with Mahoro’s character and why she acts selfish when it comes to her brother’s attention.
Hopefully, by future episodes, we get to find out soon enough.
i'm definitely in the minority but in terms of writing and structure i think bucchigiri does what it sets out to do pretty well and i really appreciate it for that. most problems i have revolve around mahoro post-ep 6, but otherwise i understand the emotions being conveyed. the last episode will finalize my thoughts, but the story does make sense thematically so far and i'll probably expand on my thoughts in another post
i might like this anime
wild that the "that guy" here is originally "wan-chan" or "doggie" in japanese and is the same thing that marito calls matakara in episodes 7 and 10...
procrastination hitting like a mf so its time to pull this image i made out again 💔
Is it odd that I even found meaning in Arajin serving the patrons the wrong dish at the restaurant but the patrons love it anyways? Perhaps he and Matakara are flawed sure, but they can still accept each other for who they are, which is what counts as being "pure" in being a genie.
when you're not quite what they wanted you to be but they love you anyway.....
you cant do this to me
thinking about that time senya talks about merging and brings up "starting a happy family" and thinking about how that's what matakara brings up in the episode, that desire for a sense of home with his brother and the fact that he includes arajin in this wish for the future...
