The tile for the half-baked was laid today! So happy things are starting to get repaired!
I've made a *little* progress on the kitchen. I have the casing for the shelving up and all the raw edges and seams covered in paper. Admittedly, I still need to finish the windows, but I got the idea to make more shelving and a sliding door, so...here I am. 😄 Next up, making and covering the shelves in patterned paper, designing the railing and trolley system for the sliding door, making the door, and finally finishing the windows. You know, just a short list of things to do. Hopefully I won't get distrac-- Oh, look! It's been raining. Again. ⛆🌧🌫☔The pond has flooded over, I can't get out of my front yard (not pictured, 'cause no one wants to see that mess😐), I had to cancel the new contractor's work today, and I'm praying we don't flood.
