there are things you should be doing now to prevent yourself from starting to look like 🥀

Why does it matter? Future you would like to avoid the pain, limited motion, and fall risk that goes along with worsening posture.

What’s the focus?

1. Keep the flexibility in your spine

2. Stretch the muscles in the front

3. Strengthen the muscle in the back

Here are some simple things you can do daily while sitting and when you get up to go into the bathroom or the kitchen

Keep the flexibility by doing these repeated movements: 10 repetitions several times a day

The goal is to give yourself a double or triple chin. Keep your nose pointing forward, don’t let it tip up or down

Thoracic extension- use a chair with a seat back that comes up to the level of your shoulder blades. Try to bend back over the top of the chair without arching away from the seat back and without extending your neck. If the pressure from the top of the chair is uncomfortable you can place a towel there

Stretch the muscles in the front by using a door frame. This one will feel good afterwards

If this isn’t enough of a stretch you can do one side at a time. If you have the right arm up step forward with the right foot and turn slightly to the left. Then do it on the other side.

Strengthen the muscles in the back by squeezing your shoulder blades together for a count of 10 and then repeating 10 times. You can do this several times a day Hint: Don’t lift your shoulder blades up

There are lots more exercises for strengthening your back muscles but this is a good starting point and easy to do. I like doing it while driving

Do the best you can

If it hurts stop

Envision future you saying thank you each time you do one of the exercises

It’s insanely interesting, insanely suspenseful and thrilling. Discover terrible secrets and protect those who you care about. The path you have to go through will be very difficult.

It’s a very compelling story, moreover it’s finished! “TFKYN” is an intriguing and mystical story with a dash of detective, but more paranormal phenomena. The story is filled with mystery, oppressive atmosphere and tension, which perfectly conveyed in the text. Сanon in such stories is the end result of player choices. Who they want to be with, how they want to act, and what the result will be, but in this story, for me personally, a meaningful canon is only one. It’s very painful, but beautiful storyline.

If you want to feel like an adventurer who gets into the most unusual and dangerous situations, then this game is clearly for you. An intriguing plot, fun company and a lot of adventure await you. Solve mysteries, fight and save the world. The plot is incredibly intriguing and you want to know all the secrets of your companions. You constantly want to know what happens next. (My MC)

I play a lot of short stories, both IF and VN, but I rarely get emotional when I play them (I’m not the most easily impressible reader), but what the text of the Superstition did to me… I can’t put it into words. It’s been a long time since I was so emotionally tossed from side to side. This work is an incredible swing from which you constantly fall off, face into a dirt, but stubbornly get up and keep on swinging. A Skyrim concept I find fascinating and terrifying to think about: the idea of the Dragonborn’s Voice abilities growing far, far beyond what we see them achieve in-game.

You’re jumped by a wolf on the road, but all you do is turn your head and say ‘krii.’  The beast crumples in mid-leap. A bandit ambushes you, thinks you’re easy prey - but you stand motionless, stare at them. ‘Krii lun aus,’ and they drop to their knees, gasping for breath as their life essence trickles away until they’re still. You don’t even need to raise your weapon.

A crime or a misunderstanding lands you in jail. Feim. You pull your wrists through the chains and step through the bars. Finally home after a long day of fighting, you mutter feim and step out of your armour, letting it fall through your body and clatter to the ground. 

Storm Call. With time, with practice, you learn how to control the lightning completely, so that it no longer strikes your allies. You can choose exactly when and where it hits, scorching the life from your enemies with surgical precision. There’s nowhere for them to hide.

Fus ro dah. The Shout tears up trees at the root, sends dragons smacking into mountainsides, rips buildings to their foundations.

Dragon Aspect. As your connection to the dragon souls inside you deepens, you notice that you’re not just growing ethereal armour. You can rip apart rock with the ghostly talons that shimmer around your fingers. You can lash people to the ground with the tail. And then the day comes when you stand at the edge of a cliff, breathe in deep, spread the shining wings - and take flight.

You barely need to catch your breath between Shouts anymore. You ghost around the battlefield, turning ethereal when your enemies attack and then - wuld nah kest - rushing in to strike the moment you blink back into existence. You freeze half of them solid with Ice Form and turn around to burn the rest to ash with a long, long jet of fire from your mouth. 

What I’m saying is, the Dragonborn is an unstoppable force of nature, and I wonder how much effort it takes for them to keep all that power under control.
