♫ musical legacy challenge ♫

do ya like musicals? do ya play the sims? if so, this challenge is for you! even if you haven’t listened to any musicals in your life, feel free to use this challenge to add some spice to your gameplay!!  this is a spin on the classic ten generation legacy challenge, using a musical as the theme for each generation.

* once again, prior knowledge of each musical is not needed, though i have added links to one of the songs of each musical… it’s optional to listen to them, but still highly recommended since they’re just songs

basic rules:

1. no money cheats !! 

2. play on a normal lifespan

3. heirs do NOT have to be biologically related

4. you can live wherever you want, move houses, etc., unless otherwise stated

5. the number of kids doesn’t matter unless otherwise specified

6. you have to complete the aspiration for each generation. if an aspiration is not specified, choose whichever and still complete it. however, the chosen aspiration cannot be the same as one already in the challenge

7. not a requirement, buuut if you choose to do this, tag it as #musical legacy challenge or tag me in it or smthn bc i would love to see it <3

8. some stuff required a game pack or EP, in that case, just modify it to suit your needs!!

Many of you have said you won’t buy the “My First Pet Stuff Pack.” Great! It seems most in the Sims community, even people who don’t agree on much else, agree that this pack is a blatant cash grab. Take it a step further. If you already had that $10 saved to buy the Pack, consider donating it to your local animal shelter or another animal-supporting non-profit. Challenge EA to match your donation if you want to really let them know how far they’ve strayed. If you like this idea, reblog. It’s a way to not only tell EA “NO!” but to do some good for the non-virtual pets in the world.
