Are my fantasies a form of self-loathing?

My ED is a form of self-loathing, I get that. But I live in fear of my tumblr preferences getting changed and my ‘liked’ list of posts becoming visible. If you think what I post goes a wee bit over the top on occasion, I’m glad you can’t see what’s on the other side of the line. Posts that I like, but won’t reveal. I mean, I’m really disgusting sometimes and it shows.
