We will never know how Eric was really like, only his ‘tough guy’ persona he hid his true feelings behind in fear of getting hurt. I even read that the Harris family disowned Eric, not picking up his ashes, getting rid of all pictures and never talking about him as if he wasn’t even real. It makes me wonder what life was like for him when he was alive.

He has never felt wanted or accepted his entire life, that's obvious, read his diary and you will see that this is the realest thing written there. Eric Harris did not feel loved, accepted or included.
