Earlier this summer, I came across a chair left in the woods (it’s still there) and then just drew this.
Her name is Eck! (including the exclamation point). She lives in the forest adjacent to a suburb. She speaks only in cackles and growls, and like Stitch (yes I know she looks like him) can walk on just her hind legs or on all fours. Eck!’s pastimes include stealing baked goods from the excessive number of coffee shops in the area, moving people’s yard/patio stuff around when they aren’t looking (not stealing, just moving them), and having philosophical debates with the local birds and elementary schoolers.
Boyfriend and girlfriend Camry and Flora snuggling.
Yet another gal to fill out the furry universe Matonne inhabits. Hopefully I can get these out quicker and then start doing some real art with all these guys.

Finally managed to draw a new portrait of myself. It took a lot of time and work to figure out, and I am very proud of how it turned out. I’m especially proud of how the sweater turned out; I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to replicate the pattern of one of my favorite tops.
Accidentally posted this to my main blog.
Updated the design and finally gave a name to that one cat girl I drew years ago. Friend, girlfriend, wife (depending on where in the timeline things are) of Matonne. A generally quiet gal who likes to spend her Ike reading and writing contemporary fantasy. Can frequently be found in libraries, bookstores, hobby shops, and whatever patch of nature sparks her inspiration.
Quote from Fugitive Telemetry. Scene set between Network Effect and System Collapse.
The binary is in ASCII, Unicode, and ASCII/UTF-8. Whichever you pick, it will translate to the same thing.
It eventually gets a haircut too.
[Image Description: Full body drawing of a short, flat-faced cat with matted, dark gray fur and golden eyes. Her cheeks, chin, chest, and tail are pale gray. Multiple scars cover her body. Above the full body drawing is a close-up of the cat’s face, head on and the name “Yellowfang” written in a gray, angular font. The background is a dull yellow. End of Description.]
Gold is a shade of orange, right? Right?
Mensah and her wives.
From left to right: Farai, Ayda Mensah, and Tano (until the books or Wells say otherwise, Tano is a they/them enby to me).
If you were to pay an artist $300 to design a custom character for you, what would you expect the end product to be like? What kind of design, style, and other features would you expect to get for how much you spent?
Additionally, if you were pay an artist $1000 for a custom character, what would you expect for that price then?
