Presenting to you, once more, Admin Book's version of Billtober! An art challenge where you draw Bill Cipher for the whole month of October!

Prompt list is a bit early this year, but I just wanted to post this so those who want to participate can prepare in advance!

This year's prompts are inspired from The Book of Bill. However you are free to make your own twist and not copy directly from the book! There are some repeated prompts from last year as well since I can.

- Anything AI is not allowed.

- It can be in any medium! (e.g Fanfic, Poems, Illustrations, etc.)

I know he’s kind of a polarizing character, but I have to say, Elias Bouchard truly is Iconic. When you hear the twist of “the boring middle manager was actually secretly an evil eldritch monster the whole time!” you sort of assume that the boring middle manager persona was just a facade, but no, he really does seem to just enjoy dull administrative work. He’s both exactly as boring as he seems on the surface and profoundly fucked up in ways you couldn’t imagine. He’s practically omniscient and playing 4-D chess with everyone, but he responds to even slight hiccups in his elaborate scheme with acts of extreme violence. He beats an old man to death with a metal pipe and when someone brings it up later he goes, “Yeah I may have overreacted there.” His employees are constantly trying to murder him. He broke out of prison just so he could give a dramatic monologue. He had a weird gay thing going on with seemingly every man he met in the past 200 years. He loves scheduling.

i spent so long worrying about if it was ready or not, but i decided to bite the bullet and just post it. i really hope you enjoy it! the first chapter is just a short little teaser, but i’m working on getting the next one ready and plan to post it soon. i’m also planning to cross-post all the chapters on tumblr with art for each chapter, so look forward to that! i’ll also eventually make a masterpost with links to the fic and all the comics i’ve made, but that might take a while.
