Last year, Lenovo won an astonishing 77 awards at CES. We take a fond look down the memory lane of technology, at how it all began.

June 1967. The beginning of a phenomenon that changed how we embrace progress forever.

For 48 years, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) has been the torchbearer of technology of the future. Now grown to feature millions of square feet of exhibit space, CES is everyone in the electronic world coming forward with their vision of tomorrow. The iconic VCR, the Compact Disk, and even the ubiquitous USB were all heralded and championed at CES. Lenovo feels honored to have been part of CES. Our YOGA series of hybrid computers, ThinkPad laptops, and line of innovative phones broke new ground at CES. With every progressing year, we have won accolades for our breakthrough designs and technology, culminating in our products scoring 77 awards at CES 2015. It is a window for us to showcase our dreams. To collaborate and to lock horns with the very best in the world. And we’re far from done yet. Because here at Lenovo, we refuse to rest on our laurels. Looking Back at Earth with Astronaut Tim Peake

To follow along on Tim’s return to Earth, follow @astro_timpeake on Instagram.

Tim Peake (@astro_timpeake) is going to have epic #TBT images after six months aboard the International Space Station (@iss). “I use social media to bring as many people as possible with me onboard mission #Principia,” says Tim. “Here, I can share the beauty of our planet and the science behind space exploration.” And what an adventure it’s been: he was the first British astronaut to visit the ISS, as well as the first British astronaut to complete a spacewalk. Tim also holds the record for the fastest marathon run in space.

On Saturday, June 18, Tim and two crew mates will be returning to Earth. We’re wishing them a safe journey home.

Memories is a new way to save Snaps and Stories on Snapchat. It’s a personal collection of your favorite moments that lives below the Camera screen. Just swipe up from the Camera to open Memories!

It’s super easy to find the Snap or Story you’re looking for in just a few seconds by typing keywords like “dog” or “Hawaii” — that way you can spend less time searching and more time enjoying your Memories.

You can use Memories to create new Stories from Snaps you’ve taken, or even combine different Stories into a longer narrative! It’s fun to celebrate an anniversary or birthday by finding a few old Snaps and stringing them together into a new Story :)

We’ve also created a new way to send Snaps from Memories to your friends, or even post them to your Story. If you post a Snap you took more than a day ago to your Story, it will appear with a frame around it so that everyone knows it’s from the past.

We realized that Snapchatters want to feel comfortable showing their Memories to friends while they’re hanging out together, so we made it easy to move Snaps and Stories to My Eyes Only — and avoid awkward moments when a friend stumbles upon a Snap meant just for you.

Memories is backed up by Snapchat. We won’t backup any photos or videos from your Camera Roll, unless you use one to make a new Story or add it to My Eyes Only. In that case, we’ll back up only the photo or video that you used.

We’ll be rolling out Memories selectively over the next month or so — it’s a big change for our service so we want to make sure everything is running smoothly! You’ll receive a Chat from Team Snapchat when Memories is ready for you to use.
