Druna? Any Druna headcanons? They're so precious together.

I actually adore Druna. I think it’s way too pure for this world, but I love it to pieces.

*It would start as friendship. Luna would be one of the only students that would be willing to give Draco another chance after the war. So she would just sort of invite herself to sit with him during meals or in classes that they shared.

*Draco would have no idea what to do at first. He’d probably tell her to go away because he doesn’t need her pity. But he found out that was going to get him nowhere, he would probably just accept it.

*The more they would hang out, the more Draco would realize that Luna really is quite intelligent. They also find out that they share a good number of hobbies and interests.

*No one would really know when it happened, but suddenly the two just seemed to be thick as thieves. They’d go for walks around the lake or the forest, they’d do their homework together, they’d go to Hogsmeade together.

*I imagine that Luna would hit a hardcore pastel point and she would extend it to Draco. Once again, he would have no idea what to do at first, but he would accept it.

*It also gains him some more positive attention, as everyone seems to forget the aggression they held towards him because now he just looks super soft and inviting.

*Both would know how to dance ballet and would do so often without needing a reason.

*When people realize this is a thing, they try to see it. It tends to happen most often in the schools main courtyard.

*Luna would often give Draco the confidence boosts he needs. More often than not, they wouldn’t be the typical “You can do it, babe” speeches. They’d be more along the lines of “Well, this is what you’re currently doing wrong. If you change it, then that will fix it”.

*She also helps him come to terms with all the shit that happened with his family. She helps him realize that he’s not his father nor does he have to try to be.

*Luna would be a master of flower crowns and she would make them all the time for Draco. She says that his fair features make a beautiful canvas and that really any flowers will look good.

*By the end of his final year, he has enough to make an extraordinary bouquet.

*He does so. Of course its massive, so he shrinks it down to make it more manageable.

*Luna beams when he presents her with the bouquet at their graduation ceremony. (As I assume 8th years and 7th years would graduate at the same time)

(Leave them wanting more, they say. So I think I shall. Hahaha)

• the malfoy manor was always decorated in a very specific way, and everything in it had its own place • so draco is used to dark paintings and black or white or pewter statuettes of snakes and high ceilings and empty space • when he first visits luna’s home, he sees the gaping holes in the walls and ceilings, haphazardly patched with wood and stone and feels guilty • then she says “it’s not much, but it’s home” so brightly, arms outstretched and beaming with pride • pride for the hand-painted sunflowers over the wooden walls, for the tea kettle always singing on the stove, and for the homemade quilts with pastel shapes crafted by her mother’s wand • there’s a warmth that reminds him of his mother holding him by the fire or his father reading a story at his bedside • but instead of being attached to moments and people, it’s permeates through the entire house, in everything that stands and rattles in the wind • he finds homemade soaps and hand-brewed hair potions that smell like lavender and melon and mint in the bathroom • luna asks him if there are any scents that he likes in particular when she finds him sniffing at everything in the cabinet • the next week, he finds a little green bottle labeled “draco” that smells like sandalwood and vanilla • the first few times he woke up to find her cooking breakfast naked, he’d flush and bring her a robe to which she’d just reply, “i like it this way, silly” • he finds out that she likes to do everything naked, from painting, leaving her torso and thighs covered in bright yellows and blues, to gardening, leaving her feet and forearms streaked with grass and dirt • he learns not to mind; in fact, he learns to love it, and he learns why she tastes so much like earth • he misses the manor and the lavish life he once had • but when he and luna are curled up on the couch, his shirt ridden up on his stomach and her eyelashes tickling him, he finds that this sort of life is much more abundant than he’d have ever guessed

Can you show me what Draco and Luna are doing right now, pretty please? (I have no idea how I've come up with this I swear to god)

Luna’s present to Draco was simultaneously the most embarrassing and thoughtful he had ever received.

She did an entire spread about him in the Quibbler.

She woke him up on the morning of his birthday with the printed magazine, the cover depicting Draco working with the Thestrals they’ve raised together.

Draco blushed bright red during the entire time he was reading the article she wrote, wondering what is the world he had done to deserve her.
